Vorerst sei laut einem BYD-Manager der Start des elektrisch angetriebenen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dasautoblog.com\/2010\/01\/detroit-2010-live-byd-e6.html\">E6<\/a> und des F3DM geplant, der mit einem Range-Extender ausger\u00c3\u00bcstet ist. Der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dasautoblog.com\/2010\/02\/peugeot-ion---elektroauto-ab-500-euro-leasingrate.html\">Elektromotor <\/a>des E6 kommt auf eine Leistung von 102 PS und soll den Wagen auf bis zu 140 km\/h beschleunigen. <\/div>\n<p>   Laut BYD liegt die Reichweite des F\u00c3\u00bcnfsitzers bei immerhin 330 Kilometern. Der F3DM hingegen ist eine kompakte Stufenhecklimousine, welche eine wesentlich h\u00c3\u00b6here Reichweite haben soll. Das Ganze macht ein Elektro-Antrieb mit einem eingebautem Notstrom-Aggregat, oder Range Extender, m\u00c3\u00b6glich. Sobald der Akku entladen ist, springt ein kleiner Benziner an und treibt einen Generator f\u00c3\u00bcr die Stromproduktion an.
