Doch die Hallen werden leerer sein als die Veranstalter erhofft hatten. Nachdem eine gro\u00c3e Zahl <a href=\"\/\/www.dasautoblog.com\/2009\/01\/gm-ford-und-chr.html\" title=\"GM, Ford und Chrysler nicht auf der Tokyo Motor Show\">amerikanischer und europ\u00c3\u00a4ischer Hersteller<\/a> bekannt gab, dass sie keine St\u00c3\u00a4nde auf der Messe aufbauen werden, zeichnet sich langsam ein trauriges Bild ab. Der Absage-Trend geht weiter: Nun gab laut &#8220;Automobilwoche&#8221; auch BMW bekannt, dass man aus Kostengr\u00c3\u00bcnden auf den Messeauftritt in Tokio verzichten werde. Der Verband der Automobilindustrie VDA f\u00c3\u00bcrchtet jetzt, dass die japanischen Hersteller im Gegenzuge die <a href=\"http:\/\/www.iaa.de\/\" title=\"Zur Website der Internationalen Automobil-Ausstellung\">IAA in Frankfurt<\/a> boykottieren werden&#8230;<\/p><\/div>\n<p> <span> <\/span>   W\u00c3\u00a4hrend neben den gro\u00c3en amerikanischen Herstellern auch Peugeot, die Fiat-Gruppe, Jaguar\/Land Rover, Volvo, Saab und Mercedes sowie diverse Zulieferer ihr Engagement auf der Ausstellung in Tokio zur\u00c3\u00bcckzogen, haben Nissan, Mitsubishi und Daihatsu bereits den Besuch auf der 63. Internationalen Automobil-Ausstellung gestrichen.
