Angetrieben werden soll der modern wirkende <a href=\"http:\/\/www.carpassion.com\/de\/forum\/news\/35252-jaguar-xfr.html\">XFR<\/a>, in den Jaguar all seine Zukunfts-Hoffnungen steckt, von einem 5,0-Liter-V8-Aggregat mit 510 PS Leistung und einem Drehmoment von stolzen 625 Newtonmetern. Auff\u00c3\u00a4llig am Heck ist die Abgasanlage mit den doppelten Endrohren, bislang zierte den XF jeweils nur ein breites Endrohr rechts und links. Neben dem Heckschwellers ist auch der Frontschweller etwas aggressiver gestaltet worden als bei der Serien-Version.
