Opel\/Vauxhall ist die wichtigste Marke f\u00c3\u00bcr <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dasautoblog.com\/gm\/index.html\">GM<\/a> in Europa. Durch den Absatzr\u00c3\u00bcckgang sank der Marktanteil des Mutterkonzerns in Europa von 9,5 auf 9,3 Prozent. Wie das Fachblatt &#8220;Automotive News&#8221; berichtete, will GM f\u00c3\u00bcr 2009 und 2010 geplante Ausgaben f\u00c3\u00bcr die Produktentwicklung verschieben. Auch bei den Budgets f\u00c3\u00bcr Design und Forschung werde GM den Rotstift ansetzen.
