Als <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dasautoblog.com\/2009\/07\/jean-todt-will-fiapr\u00c3\u00a4sident-werden.html\">FIA<\/a> Pr\u00c3\u00a4sident Max Mosley die Budgetobergrenze einf\u00c3\u00bchren wollte waren noch alle Teams dagegen angegangen und hatten Mosley stark Kritisiert. Auch BMW-Sauber hatte sich damals gegen das Ausgabelimit der FIA ausgesprochen.
