Nach zehn Vollbremsungen in Folge aus Tempo 100 kam der Escalade erst nach 70,1 Metern zum Stehen. Ebenso schlecht schnitt der <a href=\"http:\/\/www.autoplenum.de\/Auto\/HONDA\/Civic\/Test-HONDA-Civic-Hybrid-1.3i-DSI-i-VTEC-IMA-CVT-2006-2007-id4858.html\">Honda Civic VTEC Hybrid<\/a> ab, der 66,5 Meter bis zum Stillstand brauchte, gefolgt von dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dasautoblog.com\/2008\/05\/mitsubishi-l200.html\">Mitsubishi L200<\/a> mit einem Bremsweg von 60,3 Metern.<\/p>\n<p> <span> <\/span>   <\/p>\n<p>Bei voller Beladung wurde bei den Fahrzeugen zehn Mal kurz hintereinander eine Vollbremsung durchgef\u00c3\u00bchrt. Ziel war die Simulation einer Passabfahrt, wo zu klein bemessene Bremsen sich schnell aufheizen k\u00c3\u00b6nnen und so die n\u00c3\u00b6tige Bremswirkung verlieren. Im Vergleich zu den extrem langen Bremswegen ben\u00c3\u00b6tigte der neue VW Golf lediglich 38 Metern bis zum Stillstand.
