Profitieren sollen davon vor allem Taxifirmen und andere Flottenbetreiber, die ihre Fahrzeuge auf emissionsfreie Antriebstechniken umstellen. Starten soll das Projekt im kommenden Mai, mit der Fertigstellung der Arbeiten wird aber erst im Fr\u00c3\u00bchjahr 2009 gerechnet.
