Toute la division Automotive Systems Business va faire l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;un spin-off \u00e0 partir du 1er Juillet 2009. Cette nouvelle Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 devra porter son effort pour rationnaliser sa R&amp;D et sa production. Des sites seront ferm\u00e9s, certaines productions seront d\u00e9localis\u00e9es en Chine ou en Tha\u00eflande ou ailleurs, les approvisionnements \u00e0 bon compte locaux seront favoris\u00e9s. Cette entit\u00e9 devra se focaliser plus sp\u00e9cialement sur les composants de v\u00e9hicules hybrides et \u00e9lectriques, avec un accent tout particulier sur les batteries. Les technologies pour accro\u00eetre l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 des moteurs thermiques sera \u00e9galement un axe important de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;D&rsquo;autre part, Hitachi se donne jusqu&rsquo;au 1er Avril pour b\u00e2tir un business plan strat\u00e9gique et la R&amp;D qui s&rsquo;y rattache, pour tout ce qui concerne les batteries au Lithium-Ion et les activit\u00e9s touchant aux \u00e9nergies renouvelables en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de l&rsquo;ensemble du Groupe.
