Dans ce cadre il vient de c\u00e9der l&rsquo;exclusivit\u00e9 de sa technologie \u00e0 l&rsquo;indien <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">ACME<\/span><\/strong> sur son territoire; en contrepartie ACME entre \u00e0 hauteur de 30M de dollars dans le capital d&rsquo;eSolar. Cet accord porte sur un volume global de 1000 MW sur une dur\u00e9e de 10 ans. Dans un premier temps ACME va passer commande d&rsquo;une tranche de 100MW pour une construction de ferme solaire qui d\u00e9buterait dans le courant du deuxi\u00e8me semestre. Rappelons que le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 eSolar repose sur de <u>petites tours solaires de quelques MW<\/u> de puissance aliment\u00e9es par des panneaux r\u00e9fl\u00e9chissants r\u00e9partis de part et d&rsquo;autre.
