Le &quot;saupoudrage&quot; des suppressions d&#8217;emplois ne donnent qu&rsquo;un r\u00e9sultat marginal : les frais de personnel, sont, pour l&rsquo;automobile, trop peu importants pour \u00eatre significatifs. <br \/>Et l\u00e0, c&rsquo;est clairement le donnant \/donnant politique qui va faire son effet. Les gouvernements des pays pauvres ne peuvent rien donner, les gouvernements des pays riches monnayeront leur aide. <br \/>Et il sera difficile, pour eux, de distribuer des milliards pour subventionner les usines Tch\u00e9ques. <br \/>Les nouvelles implantations visant \u00e0 d\u00e9localiser sont aussi, intenables. D&rsquo;abord parce qu&rsquo;elles coutent ch\u00e8res.<\/p>\n<p>Les surcapacit\u00e9s \u00e9clatantes en Europe sont aussi importantes partout ailleurs. Tout le monde s&rsquo;est pr\u00e9cipit\u00e9 en Chine. <br \/>Les constructeurs vont aussi op\u00e9rer les sous traitants. En p\u00e9riode de crise, souvent la sous traitance est rapatri\u00e9e. Les constructeurs reprennent une partie de ce qu&rsquo;ils avaient externalis\u00e9s. Ils ne sont gu\u00e8re, \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure actuelle, qu&rsquo;assembliers.
