Il est cependant un indicateur indirect difficilement contestable: le niveau moyen des oc\u00e9ans qui r\u00e9sulte \u00e0 la fois de la d\u00e9perdition du volume d&#039;eau et de glace en r\u00e9serve sur les continents et des ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes de dilatation thermique dans l&#039;hypoth\u00e8se d&#039;un r\u00e9chauffement global des masses d&#039;eau oc\u00e9aniques (FIG.I). Dans l&#039;hypoth\u00e8se de la poursuite des changements climatiques, ce niveau dans le si\u00e8cle qui vient <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">pourrait s&#039;accro\u00eetre de 35 \u00e0 39 cm<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>FIG.
