Outre les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d\u00e9j\u00e0 connues dans ce business comme <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Hyundai Heavy Industries<\/span><\/strong>, <span style=\"color: #000099\"><strong>Samsung Electronics<\/strong> <\/span>ou <span style=\"color: #000099\"><strong>LG Electronics<\/strong> <\/span>qui poss\u00e8de les usines de <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Conergy <\/span><\/strong>en Allemagne, de petites Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s sont apparues. Elles arrivent sur le march\u00e9 directement avec des technologies en couches minces.&nbsp; Tel <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Getwatt<\/span><\/strong> avec une capacit\u00e9 de production de 20MW, qui produit des modules en couches minces au Silicium. Ou bien <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Alti-Solar<\/span><\/strong> qui dispose d&rsquo;une capacit\u00e9 de production de 25 MW en technologie couche mince au silicium. Et encore <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Telio Solar<\/span><\/strong> qui annonce pour 2010 qu&rsquo;il disposera de 30MW de capacit\u00e9 de production en technologie CIGS d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e en collaboration avec une Universit\u00e9 am\u00e9ricaine.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/2009\/02\/28\/mitsubishithinorganicfilm.jpg\"><\/a>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Parmi les nouveaut\u00e9s expos\u00e9es, il faut mentionner la pr\u00e9sentation par <span style=\"color: #000099\"><strong>Mitsubishi Chemical<\/strong> <\/span>de ses travaux dans le photovolta\u00efque de troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration avec des cellules organiques \u00e0 base de fuller\u00e8ne et de benzoporphyrine (technologie proche de celle de <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Konarka<\/span><\/strong>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/12\/avec-konarka-to.html\">LIRE<\/a>) qui pr\u00e9sente un rendement photovolta\u00efque de 4,9%. Mitsubishi pense qu&rsquo;il pourra atteindre 10% en technologie &quot;bulk junction&quot;, pour aller ensuite vers des taux de conversion de 15% en technologie tandem.
