La batterie sera d\u00e9finie \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e9ments Li-Ion cylindriques de 41 Ah produits dans un premier temps \u00e0 Nersac, France. L&rsquo;ensemble batterie, comprenant le coffre, l&rsquo;\u00e9lectronique de gestion et de puissance, les s\u00e9curit\u00e9s thermiques et \u00e9lectriques sera assembl\u00e9 aux Etats-Unis. Un accord de fourniture sur 5 ans, portant sur 5000 ensembles par an, a \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9 entre Ford et JCS.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/alliancesbatteries31.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"464\" alt=\"Alliancesbatteries3\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/alliancesbatteries3.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Sur la base d&rsquo;une batterie de 244V comprenant 68 \u00e9l\u00e9ments en s\u00e9rie environ ce march\u00e9 repr\u00e9sente la production de quelques 30000 \u00e9l\u00e9ments par mois. Il est fort probable qu&rsquo;une nouvelle unit\u00e9 de production sera n\u00e9cessaire pour satisfaire aux besoins de Ford. Elle devrait tr\u00e8s probablement \u00eatre implant\u00e9e aux Etats-Unis, comme le sugg\u00e8re le communiqu\u00e9 officiel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;On notera avec nostalgie, qu&rsquo;une technologie d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e et mise au point en France, avec il est vrai parfois l&rsquo;aide financi\u00e8re de l&rsquo;USABC, va aller au secours d&rsquo;une industrie am\u00e9ricaine des batteries Li-Ion&nbsp; balbutiante, pour l&rsquo;instant compos\u00e9e de divers gros ateliers de d\u00e9veloppement, fonctionnant \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide de subventions du DOE et de l&rsquo;USABC et incapables de fournir en quantit\u00e9 et en qualit\u00e9 un grand constructeur de voitures. Et pendant ce temps l\u00e0, les constructeurs allemands qui ont laiss\u00e9 Varta dispara\u00eetre, veulent maintenant monter leur fili\u00e8re batterie en partant quasiment de z\u00e9ro.
