Fiat restera \u00e0 peu pr\u00e8s bien-portante, car elle n\u2019investira pas dans Chrysler. &quot;<br \/>Mais, c&rsquo;est politiquement vendeur. La consommation par v\u00e9hicule produit sera divis\u00e9e par deux. <br \/>Dans ce jeu trouble, on peut voir aussi ce qui serait le plus profitable pour FIAT : l&rsquo;acquisition d&rsquo;usines et de r\u00e9seau de vente. <\/p>\n<p>Encore que, le march\u00e9 am\u00e9ricain est surtout, pour les ann\u00e9es \u00e0 venir, un immense point d&rsquo;interrogation. <br \/>En France, aussi, politique d&rsquo;aide, pression des pouvoirs publiques pour \u00e9viter les d\u00e9localisations et r\u00e9ticences des industriels \u00e0 remettre leur dogme en question : &quot;l&rsquo;herbe est plus verte, l\u00e0-bas&quot;. <br \/>Bien entendu, aucun mot ne sort de leur bouche pour reconnaitre la v\u00e9rit\u00e9 : ce qui fait la crise automobile et sa profondeur, c&rsquo;est<a href=\"http:\/\/www.senat.fr\/rap\/r02-035\/r02-03533.html\"> une politique de surinvestissement<\/a>.<br \/>A moins de 80 % de capacit\u00e9 de production utilis\u00e9, la dite production n&rsquo;est plus rentable et la main d&rsquo;oeuvre, quand \u00e0 elle reste, dans le produit final, un co\u00fbt marginal (10 %).<br \/>Les pleurs des d\u00e9cervel\u00e9s dirigeants cette industrie, n&rsquo;y changeront rien. <br \/>En effet, peut on dire s\u00e9rieusement, &quot;il y a tant de surcout&quot;, alors que rabais, reprises, primes, r\u00e9duisent et plombent les prix de ventes et que le prix catalogue est l\u00e0 pour faire joli. <\/p>\n<p>Que ce soit aux USA, en Europe, c&rsquo;est la politique de destruction d&#8217;emplois des constructeurs qui d\u00e9truit le march\u00e9.<br \/>C&rsquo;est caricatural en Roumanie : le march\u00e9 s&rsquo;effondre de 70 %, quand la Dacia fait un tabac \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger. <br \/>Bien s\u00fbr, la conqu\u00eate du march\u00e9 \u00e9tranger, ne compense jamais ou la perte, ou la mauvaise tenue du march\u00e9 national. <br \/>On presse les dirigeants de l&rsquo;automobile de renoncer \u00e0 leur bonus, mais m\u00eame leur salaire de base est indu.<br \/>Comme dit Warren Buffet, \u00e0 quelques exceptions pr\u00e8s, les firmes finissent dirig\u00e9es par des imb\u00e9ciles.<br \/>La preuve actuelle, c&rsquo;est leur r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration.
