Les premiers \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9flexion qui paraissent sur ce sujet apr\u00e8s le tsunami, semblent montrer une volont\u00e9 affirm\u00e9e du Japon de baser son avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique sur un couplage des \u00e9nergies renouvelables au nucl\u00e9aire, seule voie pour lui assurer pour la partie \u00e9lectrique, une large part d&#039;autosuffisance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique (70%) dans un contexte g\u00e9ostrat\u00e9gique incertain. L&#039;Institute of Energy Economics (IEEJ) publie les r\u00e9sultats d&#039;une \u00e9tude qui au-del\u00e0 des probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 court-terme, baserait l&#039;avenir \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique du Japon \u00e0 l&#039;horizon 2030 sur la ma\u00eetrise des consommations, une forte baisse de l&#039;utilisation des \u00e9nergies fossiles, un d\u00e9veloppement du nucl\u00e9aire et des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2014e8941afa3970d-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Electricit\u00e9 2030\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2014e8941afa3970d\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2014e8941afa3970d-450wi.jpg\" style=\"width: 450px\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>L&#039;exemple de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 illustre parfaitement ces objectifs (FIG. et TAB.) avec:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2015433218f21970c-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Electricit\u00e9 2030b\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2015433218f21970c\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2015433218f21970c-250wi.jpg\" style=\"width: 230px;margin: 0px 5px 5px 0px\" \/><\/a> &#8211; une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&#039;\u00e9nergie stable, passant de 1024 TWh en 2007 \u00e0 1020 TWh en 2030,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; une production des centrales \u00e0 flamme en baisse de 60% sur la p\u00e9riode,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; un doublement des productions \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aires par fiabilisation et modernisation des installations existantes et la constructions de 14 nouvelles unit\u00e9s pour plus de 19 GW,<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; un fort accroissement des \u00e9nergies renouvelables globalement multipli\u00e9 par 2,6 par rapport \u00e0 2007 avec un accent tout particulier sur le solaire, l&#039;\u00e9olien et la g\u00e9othermie. Certains chiffres sont impressionnants comme les 12 millions de maisons qui devront \u00eatre \u00e9quip\u00e9es de modules solaires en 2030 ou le triplement des installations g\u00e9othermiques (1,65 GW en 2030).<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Cet exemple japonais montre bien que pour les pays priv\u00e9s de ressources fossiles et d\u00e9sirant ne pas d\u00e9pendre pieds et poings li\u00e9s de leurs fournisseurs d&#039;\u00e9nergie fossile et de leurs tarifs, la voie nucl\u00e9aire est incontournable malgr\u00e9 de fortes \u00e9conomies programm\u00e9es dans les consommations. Le cas de la France est assez proche de celui du Japon (\u00e0 l&#039;insularit\u00e9 pr\u00e8s) et \u00e0 fait le choix de solutions du m\u00eame type. L&#039;Allemagne pour des raisons de politique int\u00e9rieure, fait semblant de tourner le dos au nucl\u00e9aire mais va d\u00e9pendre largement de ses ressources en lignite et des fournitures de gaz de son voisin la Russie, situation peu favorable dans le concert \u00e9cologique et politique des nations.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;L&#039;insularit\u00e9 du Japon, la pr\u00e9sence de deux gros voisins (Chine, Russie) aux avenirs politiques incertains sont des arguments forts pour justifier un choix clair d&#039;ind\u00e9pendance \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de ce pays qui veut de toute \u00e9vidence rester un acteur \u00e9conomique puissant dans le monde.
