En s&rsquo;appuyant sur l&rsquo;exemple japonais qui a vu ses \u00e9missions de CO2 li\u00e9es au transport se r\u00e9duire depuis 2001, le JAMA insiste tout particuli\u00e8rement sur le concept de &quot;<u>Travelling Coefficient<\/u>&quot; qui est tout simplement le ratio entre les \u00e9missions r\u00e9elles de CO2 lors d&rsquo;un trajet et les \u00e9missions th\u00e9oriques d\u00e9clar\u00e9es du v\u00e9hicule, d\u00e9termin\u00e9es sur un banc de test selon un profil type.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/co2travellingcoefficient1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"263\" alt=\"Co2travellingcoefficient\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/co2travellingcoefficient.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> Ce coefficient qui peut majorer les consommations des v\u00e9hicules de 30 ou 40% d\u00e9pend de divers facteurs que sont le mode de conduite, les embouteillages, l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;air conditionn\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n<p>De ce constat, les japonais ont d\u00e9gag\u00e9 deux axes majeurs pour r\u00e9duire les consommations de leur parc automobile: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>l&rsquo;\u00e9co-conduite par la formation, la sensibilisation des conducteurs et leur mise \u00e0 disposition d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements d&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conduite,<\/li>\n<li>la r\u00e9duction des embouteillages et des diverses causes de r\u00e9duction de la vitesse du trafic routier.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; La consommation moyenne des voitures et encore plus des camions beaucoup plus lourds s&#8217;emballe litt\u00e9ralement dans les embouteillages. Les Japonais ont d\u00e9termin\u00e9 que pour un indice 100 de consommation \u00e0 40 km\/h en moyenne, cette consommation pouvait \u00eatre doubl\u00e9e pour une vitesse moyenne de&nbsp; 10 km\/h (FIG.II).<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/co2vitesseembouteillages1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"453\" alt=\"Co2vitesseembouteillages\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/co2vitesseembouteillages.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> La r\u00e9duction des embouteillages est d&rsquo;\u00e9vidence un geste \u00e9cologique. Il n&rsquo;est pas certain que cette tr\u00e8s importante courbe soit bien connue de nos \u00e9diles. Un poids lourd qui consomme 30 litres aux cent kilom\u00e8tres sur autoroute va consommer 60 litres \u00e0 l&rsquo;approche des villes ou dans les p\u00e9riph\u00e9riques urbains encombr\u00e9s.
