Toute la discussion maintenant se focalise sur les p\u00e9nalit\u00e9s \u00e0 infliger aux industriels en cas de d\u00e9passement, sur fond de crise automobile. Que co\u00fbtera le gramme de CO2 en trop? Quinze euros disent les uns! Quatre vingt quinze disent les autres! Nous voil\u00e0 bien en Europe. La demande du public et la concurrence d\u00e9termineront les performances futures des v\u00e9hicules.
