Les prix du N\u00e9odyme et du Dysprosium&nbsp; d\u00e9passent les 150$ par kg, ils ont \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9s par 5 en quatre ans. Hitachi travaille activement au retour \u00e0 des aimants en ferrite pour le rotor, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;un stator \u00e0 base Fer amorphe qui poss\u00e8de la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 de pr\u00e9senter une perm\u00e9abilit\u00e9 magn\u00e9tique dix fois sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 celle feuillards de fer ordinaires. A l&rsquo;aide de prototypes obtenus par spiralage de feuillards de Fer amorphe de 25 microns d&rsquo;\u00e9paisseur et d&rsquo;aimants en ferrite, Hitachi a obtenu des rendements de moteurs 86% \u00e0 comparer aux 81% sur le produit standard.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;L&rsquo;industriel japonais se donne trois ans pour pouvoir produire des moteurs de la classe 10 kW, destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la traction \u00e9lectrique.
