Le rachat va se faire par \u00e9change d&rsquo;actions. Algatec dispose d&rsquo;un carnet de commande pour 2009 de 92 MW dont 80MW sont destin\u00e9s \u00e0 Q-Cells le N\u00b01 allemand du photovolta\u00efque. Les accords de fourniture OEM \u00e0 Q-Cells expireront \u00e0 fin 2009 et devront \u00eatre ren\u00e9goci\u00e9s. Algatec a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 sur les neuf premiers mois de 2008 un Chiffre d&rsquo;Affaire de 8,6 millions d&rsquo;euros et elle avait l&rsquo;intention d&rsquo;investir dans 5 nouvelles lignes de production dans son usine de Prosen en Allemagne, pour environ 35 millions d&rsquo;euros.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; La rentabilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une telle unit\u00e9 de production allemande, travaillant essentiellement en sous-traitance pour Q-Cells, et n\u00e9cessitant des investissements importants pour suivre la demande&nbsp; doit \u00eatre des plus limites par les temps de crise qui courent.
