Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9e en Juillet 2007 \u00e0 la suite d&rsquo;un puissant tremblement de terre qui a \u00e9branl\u00e9 une partie de la&nbsp; c\u00f4te Ouest du Japon. L&rsquo;Agence Internationale de l&rsquo;Energie Atomique (IAEA) vient d&rsquo;annoncer qu&rsquo;elle allait envoyer des inspecteurs pour faire le point avec les responsables japonais de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 Nucl\u00e9aire et du Groupe <strong><span style=\"color: #000099\">Tokyo Electric Power<\/span><\/strong>. L&rsquo;objectif de cette mission est de valider avec eux, la possibilit\u00e9 de relancer les productions d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie <u>\u00e0 partir du premier D\u00e9cembre<\/u>. Ce qui est surprenant pour cet arr\u00eat de 18 mois c&rsquo;est l&rsquo;affirmation par l&rsquo;AIEA pr\u00e9cisant que lors pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente inspection, au mois de Janvier, ses inspecteurs &quot;n&rsquo;avaient d\u00e9cel\u00e9 aucun dommage grave&quot;.
