Cette l\u00e9g\u00e8re d\u00e9croissance est \u00e0 mettre au cr\u00e9dit de la Grande-Bretagne (-7MT) et de la Pologne (-6MT). Par contre les consommations dans la Zone Euro&nbsp; se sont accrues de 2%, soit de 9MT \u00e0 452 MT. Cette augmentation mal venue de la consommation est attribuable \u00e0 l&rsquo;Allemagne (+4MT), \u00e0 la France (+2MT), \u00e0 la Tch\u00e9quie et \u00e0 la Gr\u00e8ce (+1MT chacune). L&rsquo;Allemagne et la France avaient connu en 2007 des productions d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&rsquo;origine nucl\u00e9aire en baisse. Trois pays europ\u00e9ens <u>l&rsquo;Allemagne, la Pologne et la Gr\u00e8ce<\/u> repr\u00e9sentent 54% des consommations europ\u00e9ennes (FIG.).<\/p>\n<p>.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/charboneurope20071.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"417\" alt=\"Charboneurope2007\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/charboneurope2007.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Une autre mani\u00e8re de quantifier ces consommations est de les ramener au nombre d&rsquo;habitants concern\u00e9s. L&rsquo;Europe des 27 consomme annuellement <u>1,7 tonne de charbon et lignite par habitant<\/u>, b\u00e9b\u00e9s compris. Cela fait plus de 5 tonnes pour un foyer de trois personnes. La Zone Euro dont la part d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&rsquo;origine nucl\u00e9aire est plus importante, consomme 1,4 tonne de charbon et lignite par habitant et par an. Parmi les 13 pays europ\u00e9ens qui comptent plus de 10 millions d&rsquo;habitants, <u>la Gr\u00e8ce et la R\u00e9publique Tch\u00e8que<\/u> se distinguent avec 5,7 et 5,6 tonnes de consommations respectives (FIG.), puis viennent la Pologne (3,7 tonnes\/habitant\/an), et l&rsquo;Allemagne ainsi que les petits pays europ\u00e9ens avec 3 tonnes de consommation par habitant et par an.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/charboneuropepartete20071.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"384\" alt=\"Charboneuropepartete2007\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/charboneuropepartete2007.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; La France arrive en dernier dans ce classement avec 319 kg de charbon br\u00fbl\u00e9 annuellement par habitant. Un vaste plan europ\u00e9en pour aider la Gr\u00e8ce, la Tch\u00e9quie, la Pologne, la Roumanie et quelques pays moins peupl\u00e9s (pays baltes) est absolument indispensable et urgent. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Pensez aux millions de tonnes de CO2 qui pourraient \u00eatre \u00e9conomis\u00e9s si les subventions \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9olien \u00e9taient consacr\u00e9es \u00e0 la r\u00e9novation des centrales thermiques \u00e0 flamme obsol\u00e8tes de ces pays europ\u00e9ens. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; L&rsquo;Europe des 27 importe 242 MT de charbon tous les ans.
