La r\u00e9sistance \u00e9lectrique est un chauffage \u00e9lectrique classique \u00e0 effet-joule. <\/p>\n<p>Mais, il faut le reconnaitre, elle ne fonctionne qu&rsquo;une <a href=\"http:\/\/www.miwim.fr\/blog\/utiliser-la-chaleur-des-egouts-3125\">poign\u00e9e d&rsquo;heures<\/a> par an. Pourtant, on en installe en montagne dans des endroits tr\u00e8s froids, \u00e0 plus de 1000 m\u00e8tres d&rsquo;altitude, avec de bons r\u00e9sultats.<br \/>Mais surtout, avant de passer \u00e0 un autre syst\u00e8me de chauffage, il faut se poser les bonnes questions : l&rsquo;isolation globale, les fen\u00eatres, l&rsquo;\u00e2ge de la chaudi\u00e8re&#8230;<br \/>Avant de penser \u00e0 une pac, on peut peut \u00eatre changer la chaudi\u00e8re fioul de 1978 qui consomme deux fois trop. D&rsquo;autant que le prix de ces chaudi\u00e8res est d\u00e9sormais modique et vite amorti. <br \/>Faute d&rsquo;avoir fait cette analyse globale, on s&rsquo;expose \u00e0 des d\u00e9boires, et des r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9cevants. <\/p>\n<p>Dans ce domaine, il est cependant bon de ne pas se pr\u00e9cipiter. La chaudi\u00e8re fioul sera peut \u00eatre \u00e0 remplacer par une autre chaudi\u00e8re fioul, coupl\u00e9 \u00e0 une production d&rsquo;eau chaude sanitaire ind\u00e9pendante.
