Depuis elle a en projet de construire une nouvelle usine \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire \u00e0 Belene pour laquelle le Russe <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">AtomStroyExport <\/span><\/strong>fournira deux&nbsp; r\u00e9acteurs de 1000MWe \u00e0 eau pressuris\u00e9e et dans lequel <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">AREVA<\/span><\/strong> et <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">Siemens <\/span><\/strong>agiront en sous-traitants (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/01\/voyage-officiel.html\">LIRE<\/a> le compte rendu du voyage de Poutine dans ce pays). Il restait \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer qui allait devenir copropri\u00e9taire et exploitant de la centrale \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la Compagnie Nationale d&rsquo;Electricit\u00e9&nbsp; (NEK) bulgare qui garde 51% des parts. RWE apportera 1,275 milliards d&rsquo;euros et une avance de 300 millions. Le gouvernement bulgare a laiss\u00e9 \u00e0 RWE la possibilit\u00e9 de faire entrer son challenger pour une part minoritaire dans le Groupement, s&rsquo;il le d\u00e9sire.
