Ce monde complexe largement imbriqu\u00e9, en relation en amont avec les Universit\u00e9s japonaises ou cor\u00e9ennes sources d&#039;innovations et de techniciens futurs hommes cl\u00e9s des Groupes priv\u00e9s, en relation en aval avec les grands noms du secteur comme Panasonic, GS-Yuasa, NEC, LG Chemical, Samsung est \u00e0 la base de l&#039;innovation dans le domaine des batteries pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Les groupes europ\u00e9ens et am\u00e9ricains \u00e0 quelques rares exceptions pr\u00e8s (JC-Saft, Li-Tec) sont totalement, sinon d\u00e9finitivement, largu\u00e9s malgr\u00e9 les milliards de dollars octroy\u00e9s par l&#039;Administration Obama pour essayer de rattraper le retard. Mais l&#039;exp\u00e9rience ch\u00e8rement acquise empiriquement repose sur des ann\u00e9es de tests, d&#039;\u00e9checs et de succ\u00e8s. Le know-how est en Asie et non dans les bureaux d&#039;\u00e9tudes fran\u00e7ais expos\u00e9s \u00e0 d&#039;illusoires man\u0153uvres d&#039;espionnage. Parmi les grands toutes cat\u00e9gories il faut en premier mentionner <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>Panasonic<\/strong><\/span> (et son ex-concurrent d\u00e9sormais absorb\u00e9 Sanyo), <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>NEC<\/strong><\/span> qui est \u00e0 la base des batteries Nissan-Renault et <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>GS-Yuasa<\/strong><\/span> qui est \u00e0 la source des batteries Mitsubishi Motors-Peugeot. L&#039;autre p\u00f4le cor\u00e9en est classiquement compos\u00e9 d&#039;une part de <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>Samsung SDI<\/strong><\/span> qui a absorb\u00e9 l&#039;am\u00e9ricain Cobasys au travers de sa filiale SB Limotive avec l&#039;allemand Robert Bosch et d&#039;autre part de <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>LG Chemical<\/strong><\/span>. Parmi d&#039;autres entreprises asiatiques il faut citer <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>Toshiba<\/strong><\/span> qui fait un parcours original avec sa technologie SCiB \u00e0 charge rapide et <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>Hitachi Vehicle Energy<\/strong><\/span> qui est en retard.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Le cor\u00e9en LG Chemical affirme aujourd&#039;hui avec sa deuxi\u00e8me usine cor\u00e9enne pouvoir fournir annuellement 100 mille batteries pour v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques. Il a pour base de client\u00e8le General Motors, Hyundai, Renault et Renault Samsung mais aussi Ford. Il pense ajouter \u00e0 cette liste prestigieuse un ou deux constructeurs japonais. Pour assurer son expansion LG Chemical a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#039;investir dans deux nouvelles usines, l&#039;une en Cor\u00e9e l&#039;autre aux USA, pour porter sa capacit\u00e9 de production \u00e0 350 mille batteries pour EV par an \u00e0 partir de 2013.
