La ressource \u00e9olienne, malgr\u00e9 ses progr\u00e8s importants, n&rsquo;a repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au premier semestre de cette ann\u00e9e que 0,57% des consommations cumul\u00e9es de p\u00e9trole, de gaz et de charbon am\u00e9ricaines. Ce n&rsquo;est donc pas de cette ressource que viendront les progr\u00e8s imm\u00e9diats les plus importants.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Le fait marquant \u00e9conomique et \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique de ce premier semestre aux Etats-Unis est la baisse des consommations de p\u00e9trole de 4,5%, d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;Energy Information Administration, d&rsquo;o\u00f9 sont tir\u00e9es ces informations. Malgr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse des consommations de charbon et de gaz (FIG.) la consommation de mati\u00e8res carbo-polluantes est donc <u>en baisse de 0,74%<\/u> pour ce semestre compar\u00e9 \u00e0 celui de 2007. La baisse des consommations totales d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies primaires est de 0,32%.<a href=\"http:\/\/clabedan.typepad.com\/photos\/uncategorized\/2008\/09\/27\/energieprimairesconsousa2008s1b.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"384\" alt=\"Energieprimairesconsousa2008s1b\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/energieprimairesconsousa2008s1b.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ces baisses de consommations de p\u00e9trole am\u00e9ricaines vont se poursuivre et m\u00eame s&rsquo;amplifier en raison:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>d&rsquo;une prise de conscience des citoyens de la d\u00e9pendance de leur pays \u00e0 des approvisionnements incertains, <\/li>\n<li>d&rsquo;un virage \u00e0 180\u00b0 de l&rsquo;approche marketing du march\u00e9 des voitures par les constructeurs qui vont axer leur communication sur les r\u00e9ductions de consommations, <\/li>\n<li>et enfin par la baisse des consommations de gazole de la part des transporteurs qui ont du mal \u00e0 supporter financi\u00e8rement des prix de carburants sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 4$\/gallon et qui vont tout faire pour r\u00e9duire ce poste de d\u00e9penses. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; L&rsquo;Am\u00e9rique du Nord (USA et Canada) peut r\u00e9duire si elle le veut ses consommations de p\u00e9trole par deux en une quinzaine d&rsquo;ann\u00e9es, en revenant \u00e0 des consommations par habitant de l&rsquo;ordre de 12 barils par an (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/07\/stabilisation-o.html\">LIRE<\/a>) alors que l&rsquo;Europe est aujourd&rsquo;hui \u00e0 11 barils\/habitant\/an. C&rsquo;est de l\u00e0 que vont provenir les principaux progr\u00e8s de r\u00e9duction de consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies primaires dans la d\u00e9cennie \u00e0 venir.
