Elles atteindraient <u>31 milliards de tonnes de CO2<\/u> (rem. c&rsquo;est du CO2 qui est \u00e9mis et non du carbone, c&rsquo;est donc lui qui doit \u00eatre quantifi\u00e9). Ces chiffres doivent \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme des ordres de grandeurs, en raison des incertitudes qui alt\u00e8rent les chiffres chinois, estim\u00e9s au mieux \u00e0 10% pr\u00e8s. La Chine serait le premier \u00e9metteur mondial avec des \u00e9missions comprises entre 6 \u00e0 7 milliards de tonnes de CO2, puis viennent les Etats-Unis avec 6 milliards de tonnes. Ce sont les deux leaders mondiaux incontest\u00e9s dans le domaine avec 40% des \u00e9missions mondiales (FIG.).<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/co22007cumul1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"366\" alt=\"Co22007cumul\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/co22007cumul.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Il est cependant n\u00e9cessaire de noter que les \u00e9missions de CO2 am\u00e9ricaines qui se sont quasiment stabilis\u00e9es entre 2005 et 2007 devraient commencer \u00e0 d\u00e9cro\u00eetre en 2008 en raison d&rsquo;une moindre consommation de produits p\u00e9troliers et d&rsquo;une substitution lente mais continue du charbon par le gaz, pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. La Chine, en l&rsquo;absence de politique claire de r\u00e9novation de ses centrales \u00e9lectriques et de la faiblesse de son programme nucl\u00e9aire va accro\u00eetre ses \u00e9missions sensiblement au rythme de la croissance de son \u00e9conomie. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Vient ensuite, dans cette course infernale, un trio nettement d\u00e9tach\u00e9 des deux premiers, constitu\u00e9 de l&rsquo;Inde, la Russie et le Japon avec pour chacun, des \u00e9missions de CO2 comprises entre 1,3 et 1,7 milliards de tonnes. Ce serait l&rsquo;Inde qui serait pass\u00e9e devant la Russie, mais les Russes n&rsquo;ont pas dit leur dernier mot. Ils importent des 4X4 cor\u00e9ens ou japonais, dont plus personne ne veut dans les pays OCDE, pour consommer plus. Quand au Japon ses \u00e9missions sont \u00e0 coup s\u00fbr en croissance, en raison de l&rsquo;indisponibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une partie de leur parc \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire depuis le tremblement de terre de l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2007. A tous les trois ils repr\u00e9sentent environ 15% des \u00e9missions mondiales de CO2 (FIG.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;L&rsquo;Allemagne arrive en sixi\u00e8me position mondiale, ce qui n&rsquo;est pas mal pour une nation qui se veut \u00eatre un mod\u00e8le de la d\u00e9marche \u00e9cologique.
