Un programme d&rsquo;adaptation et d&rsquo;extension de 3,6 milliards de dollars vient donc de d\u00e9marrer avec l&rsquo;objectif de plus que doubler et porter la capacit\u00e9 de traitement de ces huiles par la filiale \u00e0 180 mille barils\/jour en 2012.
