Le Maire de cette bourgade est tr\u00e8s fier de cet investissement \u00e9cologique qui lui a co\u00fbt\u00e9 la bagatelle de <u>80 millions d&rsquo;euros<\/u>. La mise sera rembours\u00e9e en vingt ans ou peut-\u00eatre moins, si les cours du p\u00e9trole poursuivent leur progression, dit-il. Un petit calcul simple en prenant des frais de fonctionnement annuels de cette unit\u00e9 industrielle \u00e0 1,2 millions d&rsquo;euros et un taux de disponibilit\u00e9 de 95% montre qu&rsquo;il est n\u00e9cessaire le vendre l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 aux environs de 185 euros le MWh pour atteindre ce niveau de pay-back. Un calcul pour un prix de vente de 100 euros le MWh, plus proche des tarifs de ventes de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 allemande \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie, montre que le retour sur investissement serait de 50ans, d\u00e9lai au del\u00e0 de l&rsquo;esp\u00e9rance de vie du complexe.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Le prix de 80 Meuros de l&rsquo;ensemble se d\u00e9compose en un prix du forage de deux puits jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 3350 m de profondeur, <u>\u00e0 1800 euros le m\u00e8tre<\/u>, soit 12 Meuros et le restant de l&rsquo;usine pour 68 Meuros travaillant sur un cycle de Kalina qui utilise un m\u00e9lange ammoniac (70%)-eau(30%) particuli\u00e8rement efficace avec une eau extraite \u00e0 120\u00b0C. Cet ensemble parait donc <u>tr\u00e8s cher pour la puissance d\u00e9livr\u00e9e<\/u> par l&rsquo;unit\u00e9. Pour atteindre un bon niveau de rentabilit\u00e9 il aurait fallu que cet ensemble produise quatre fois plus d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie, soit par multiplication des forages soit par accroissement du d\u00e9bit d&rsquo;eau unitaire. On le voit, la g\u00e9othermie a encore beaucoup de progr\u00e8s \u00e0 accomplir, comme le proposent les syst\u00e8mes am\u00e9lior\u00e9s (FIG.).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;L&rsquo;Allemagne aurait dans les 150 centrales g\u00e9othermiques en projet \u00e0 ce jour, dont 90 en Bavi\u00e8re ce qui repr\u00e9senterait pour ce Lander un investissement total de 6 milliards d&rsquo;euros planifi\u00e9s pour les dix ans \u00e0 venir.
