Il voit la puissance install\u00e9e en progression annuelle de <u>8% par an<\/u> sur cette p\u00e9riode, tir\u00e9e par les besoins cr\u00e9\u00e9s par les \u00e9nergies renouvelables et bien s\u00fbr, il s&rsquo;en r\u00e9jouit. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ce th\u00e8me a \u00e9t\u00e9 repris par le CERA aux Etats-Unis qui note que l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne qui passera de 15 GW en 2007 \u00e0 <span style=\"color: #3300cc\"><strong>65 -70 GW en 2015<\/strong> <\/span>va entra\u00eener un besoin d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie en compl\u00e9ment, ais\u00e9ment mobilisable, qui ne pourra \u00eatre assur\u00e9 que par des centrales \u00e0 gaz. Pour les Etats-Unis qui sont en train de devenir un des gros producteurs de gaz dans le monde, \u00e0 partir des immenses gisements de schistes bitumineux de leur sous-sol, la mont\u00e9e en puissance des centrales au gaz qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 depuis des ann\u00e9es (FIG.) chez eux, ne doit poser aucun probl\u00e8me majeur. De plus, elles permettent dans une large mesure, aux exploitants de ces centrales d&rsquo;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 d&rsquo;\u00e9ventuelles futures sanctions, contre les \u00e9missions de CO2 qui ne sont pas r\u00e8glement\u00e9es, pour l&rsquo;instant, aux USA. Cette crainte limite le d\u00e9veloppement des centrales au charbon dans de nombreux Etats.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/europegazimport20061.gif\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"286\" alt=\"Europegazimport2006\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/europegazimport2006.gif\" width=\"375\"  \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Pour l&rsquo;Europe c&rsquo;est une toute autre histoire. Ses approvisionnements en Gaz Naturel sont tr\u00e8s fortement li\u00e9s \u00e0 la Russie (40% en donn\u00e9es 2006, FIG.) ce qui n&rsquo;est pas sans poser quelques probl\u00e8mes \u00e0 l&rsquo;Allemagne par exemple, qui d\u00e9pend beaucoup de cette source. Dans le cadre d&rsquo;une politique \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique coh\u00e9rente l&rsquo;Europe devrait donc \u00e9laborer une politique d&rsquo;approvisionnement en Gaz Naturel et de d\u00e9veloppement de centrales, volet compl\u00e9mentaire indispensable \u00e0 sa promotion des \u00e9nergies renouvelables.
