La priorit\u00e9 doit \u00eatre accord\u00e9e \u00e0 la modernisation des infrastructures et des terminaux. Les projets \u00e0 grande vitesse multinationaux, en particulier dans le transport de fret devraient \u00eatre encourag\u00e9s.&nbsp; La Commission devrait pr\u00e9senter un plan d&rsquo;action dans le domaine des transports ce mois-ci. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; La question que l&rsquo;on peut s\u00e9rieusement se poser est la suivante: que peuvent faire de vraiment s\u00e9rieux les Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport ferroviaire europ\u00e9ennes, dans le domaine du fret, sans un r\u00e9seau maill\u00e9 de voies ferr\u00e9es exclusivement ou au moins largement d\u00e9di\u00e9es \u00e0 ce mode de transport? En tous les cas en France, c&rsquo;est clair les trains de marchandises circulent \u00e0 petite vitesse en louvoyant entre les trains de passagers.
