Il est ensuite mis aux dimensions d\u00e9sir\u00e9es par d\u00e9coupe au laser. Les chutes sont recycl\u00e9es dans le bain de Silicium. Sharp travaillerait sur ce nouveau proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de production de masse depuis 10 ans et serait maintenant pass\u00e9 en production industrielle. Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 pourrait produire sur une simple ligne transfert un wafer de 156X156 mm toutes les 5 secondes environ, soit environ 1000 dm2 \u00e0 l&rsquo;heure.
