Les constructeurs automobiles les plus avanc\u00e9s dans cette d\u00e9marche semblent \u00eatre les gros constructeurs japonais (Toyota dans les<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2010\/10\/des-m%C3%A9taux-de-plus-en-plus-chers-ouvrent-la-voie-pour-les-plastiques-arm%C3%A9s-et-les-mat%C3%A9riaux-composit.html\" target=\"_self\"> futures Lexus<\/a>) et allemands (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2011\/01\/toray-cr%C3%A9e-une-jv-avec-daimler-pour-introduire-les-composites-fibre-de-carbone-dans-les-futurs-v%C3%A9hic.html\" target=\"_self\">Daimler<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2010\/04\/dans-le-cadre-dun-plan-strat%C3%A9gique-%C3%A9labor%C3%A9-de-longue-date-bmw-va-produire-des-fibres-de-carbone.html\" target=\"_self\">BMW<\/a>, VW) qui ont tous \u00e9tablis des liens avec les grands des mat\u00e9riaux composites dans le monde (Toray avec Daimler , SGL avec BMW et VW qui vient d&#039;entrer au capital du Groupe am\u00e9ricain). Le passe technologique de cette \u00e9volution repose sur les <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>cadences de production<\/strong><\/span> des divers composants du v\u00e9hicule chez les sous-traitants. Un temps de formage classique de 5 minutes par pi\u00e8ce (moins de 100 pi\u00e8ces par \u00e9quipe et par jour) n&#039;est pas compatible avec les cadences de production de masse des v\u00e9hicules. D&#039;autres probl\u00e8mes portant sur l&#039;assemblage de deux sous-ensembles en composites ou d&#039;un sous-ensemble m\u00e9tallique avec une pi\u00e8ce en composite constituent \u00e9galement des probl\u00e8mes complexes \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Le japonais Teijin, outsider derri\u00e8re Toray (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2010\/06\/le-fort-d%C3%A9veloppement-des-mat%C3%A9riaux-composites-de-hautes-performances-tire-vers-le-haut-lactivit%C3%A9-de.html\" target=\"_self\">papier pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent<\/a>), vient d&#039;annoncer qu&#039;il va commercialiser divers mat\u00e9riaux \u00e0 base de composites fibres de carbone qui vont par exemple, permettre de former une cabine automobile en une minute. Teijin va proposer divers produits soit pour formage thermique, orient\u00e9s ou isotropes, soit sous forme de granulats \u00e0 longues fibres pour injection.
