Il y a donc l\u00e0 une forte dispersion des moyens, caract\u00e9ristique des grands Groupes, avec duplication des approches Marketing, des \u00e9tudes, des d\u00e9veloppements, des fournisseurs et des lieux de production. Il semblerait que le management veuillent rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 ce joyeux d\u00e9sordre, en unifiant la direction et la synchronisation des \u00e9tudes, de fa\u00e7on globale, \u00e0 partir de son nouveau centre japonais de Kawasaki, appel\u00e9 le &quot;Global Hybrid Center&quot;. La d\u00e9cision de localiser les d\u00e9veloppements de gros v\u00e9hicules hybrides au Japon ou se passe TOUT ce qui est s\u00e9rieux dans le domaine des v\u00e9hicules hybrides est certainement une bonne approche.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; L&rsquo;Europe travers\u00e9e quotidiennement du Nord au Sud par des cohortes de poids lourds et dont les villes sont bien souvent pollu\u00e9es par des bus coinc\u00e9s dans des embouteillages, gagnerait \u00e9norm\u00e9ment \u00e0 lancer un grand programme d&rsquo;incitation aupr\u00e8s des constructeurs (Mercedes, Iveco, Volvo, Man, Daf, Scania, etc.)&nbsp; \u00e0 la commercialisation de poids lourds et de bus hybrides. Un objectif de consommation de 20 litres aux cent kilom\u00e8tres pour un poids lourd \u00e0 remorque serait un bel objectif. Nul doute qu&rsquo;un tel produit qui permettrait de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d&rsquo;exploitations des Soci\u00e9t\u00e9s de transport, rencontrerait un large succ\u00e8s aupr\u00e8s des professionnels. C&rsquo;est aux \u00e9conomistes europ\u00e9ens de promouvoir une politique de l&rsquo;offre par l&rsquo;innovation.
