Ceci n&#039;emp\u00eache pas les lobbies \u00e9oliens de parler toujours en termes de puissances avec, il est vrai, maintenant quelques r\u00e9f\u00e9rences aux \u00e9nergies g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9es. En 2010 pour une <strong>puissance \u00e9olienne<\/strong> install\u00e9e de 75 GW en d\u00e9but d&#039;ann\u00e9e et de 84 GW en fin d&#039;ann\u00e9e dans l&#039;Europe des 27, <strong>l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e par ce parc a atteint selon EurObserv&#039;ER, les <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>147 TWh<\/strong><\/span>. Ceci correspond pour une consommation globale europ\u00e9enne d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 autour des 3400 TWh, \u00e0<span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong> 4,3% de cette consommation d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/strong><\/span>. A partir d&#039;une puissance moyenne du parc estim\u00e9e de 79,7 GW, obtenue en faisant la moyenne entre les puissances de d\u00e9but et de fin d&#039;ann\u00e9e, il est possible d&#039;estimer un <span style=\"color: #0000bf\"><strong>taux de charge moyen de ce parc europ\u00e9en de 21%<\/strong><\/span>. Valeur proche de celle du parc fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2014e8686aaf2970d-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Taux de charge Europe\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2014e8686aaf2970d\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2014e8686aaf2970d-450wi.jpg\" style=\"width: 450px\" \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>Remarque: l&#039;EWEA affirme dans son rapport 2011, \u00e0 la suite d&#039;un calcul savant d&#039;une fumeuse &quot;Normal Wind Production&quot;, que la contribution de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique \u00e9olienne en Europe est de 5,3% (derni\u00e8re page du rapport). C&#039;est bien s\u00fbr, cette valeur officielle erron\u00e9e qui va \u00eatre retenue dans moult publications. Ceci repr\u00e9senterait 180TWh d&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9e, soit une \u00e9nergie bien au-del\u00e0 de ce qu&#039;ont produit \u00e9olien, solaire, g\u00e9othermie et autres biomasses r\u00e9unis en Europe. L&#039;EWEA n&#039;est, semble-t-il, toujours pas tr\u00e8s \u00e0 l&#039;aise avec les TWh.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2014e8687152b970d-pi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"Taux de charge Europe2\" class=\"asset  asset-image at-xid-6a00d83451b18369e2014e8687152b970d\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/6a00d83451b18369e2014e8687152b970d-450wi.jpg\" style=\"width: 450px\" \/><\/a> <br \/>&#160;Il est int\u00e9ressant \u00e0 partir des puissances moyennes install\u00e9es et de l&#039;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne produite par pays de comparer les taux de charge (TAB. et FIG.). Ils sont tr\u00e8s dispers\u00e9s en Europe puisqu&#039;ils ont vari\u00e9 en 2010 entre 29% pour l&#039;Irlande \u00e0 moins de 16% pour l&#039;Allemagne. L&#039;Allemagne avec le premier parc \u00e9olien europ\u00e9en install\u00e9, n&#039;est que le deuxi\u00e8me producteur d&#039;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 d&#039;origine \u00e9olienne derri\u00e8re l&#039;Espagne avec respectivement 36,5 et 43 TWh g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s. Ces chiffres permettent de comprendre pourquoi l&#039;Allemagne pousse les feux vers l&#039;\u00e9olien offshore qui devrait permettre en Mer du Nord d&#039;atteindre pour ces nouvelles installations des taux de charge voisins de 40% (3500 heures\/an).<\/p>\n<p>&#160;En conclusion, m\u00eame dans l&#039;\u00e9olien un MW en Bavi\u00e8re ne vaut pas un MW en Irlande.
