Les centrales hydro \u00e9lectriques qui ont peu produit au Japon, on fait perdre 5 TWh. Les autres \u00e9nergies renouvelables, <u>en croissance tr\u00e8s forte de 21%, n&rsquo;ont contribu\u00e9 que pour un accroissement marginal de 13 TWh (10% de l&rsquo;accroissement global)<\/u>. Les centrales \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aires qui ont plus produit en France, mais peu produit au Japon ont fait perdre 15 TWh d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. L&rsquo;ensemble de ces donn\u00e9es: faible valeur absolue de la contribution des \u00e9nergies renouvelables et mauvais fonctionnement du nucl\u00e9aire japonais ont entra\u00een\u00e9 une production des centrales thermiques \u00e0 flamme en augmentation de <u>131 TWh soit 6,2%<\/u> (FIG.).<\/p>\n<p>.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/ocdeelec2008041.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"363\" alt=\"Ocdeelec200804\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/ocdeelec200804.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Seule l&rsquo;Europe a limit\u00e9 les d\u00e9gats avec des productions nucl\u00e9aires et hydrauliques en l\u00e9g\u00e8re hausse de 2,3% et de 2% respectivement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Cette situation est repr\u00e9sentative de ce qui se passe aujourd&rsquo;hui dans le monde pour la production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Les \u00e9nergies renouvelables, pas du tout \u00e0 la hauteur de l&rsquo;enjeu, ne contribuent que de fa\u00e7on marginale \u00e0 l&rsquo;accroissement des besoins. L&rsquo;arr\u00eat des programmes nucl\u00e9aires rend leur contribution \u00e0 l&rsquo;accroissement des besoins nulle ou n\u00e9gative. Ce sont donc les centrales thermiques \u00e0 flamme qui sont mises \u00e0 contribution pour assurer la croissance. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Le Japon est sch\u00e9matique avec une production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 sur les quatre mois en croissance de 9,7%, une d\u00e9croissance des productions nucl\u00e9aires de 27% et un accroissement des productions par combustion de 25%. Sans une relance intensive et rapide de la production \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans le monde, il n&rsquo;y aura pas d&rsquo;issue r\u00e9aliste \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction des \u00e9missions de CO2.
