De plus, s’entendre entre Chine, Inde, USA et Br\u00e9sil, laisse beaucoup de monde de c\u00f4t\u00e9.
On imagine aussi le nid de vip\u00e8re de l’UE, le peu d’empressement des candidats-d\u00e9put\u00e9s UMP en France \u00e0 massacrer une client\u00e8le \u00e9lectorale solide, qui lui assure une majorit\u00e9 inalt\u00e9rable au s\u00e9nat.
Le Br\u00e9sil lui-m\u00eame est dans une situation fragile.
Cela fait 5 si\u00e8cles que son \u00e9conomie va de cycles en cycles, et \u00e0 chaque fois, les poss\u00e9dants le juge "\u00e9ternel".
En plus cette \u00e9volution, elle-m\u00eame se fait au d\u00e9pens de tout am\u00e9nagement de structure sociale.
Le pays a peut-\u00eatre la structure \u00e9conomique agricole la plus d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibr\u00e9e.
A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de latifundia, au Br\u00e9sil, il n’y a rien.
A l’heure actuelle, les \u00e9tats producteurs d’alcool de cannes \u00e0 sucre importent tout. Absolument tout.  <\/p>\n
