Tous les moteurs de pouss\u00e9e entre 18000 et 50000 livres seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le cadre de CFM. Ils ont de plus annonc\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement d&rsquo;un nouveau moteur pour les avions mono couloirs, le <span style=\"color: #3300cc\"><strong>LEAP-X<\/strong> <\/span>dont les essais de qualification sont programm\u00e9es pour 2012 et la certification attendue pour 2016. Ce moteur devrait consommer <u>16% de carburant de moins<\/u> que les meilleurs moteurs de CFM d&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui. Ces progr\u00e8s seront obtenus en travaillant sur la d\u00e9finition du coeur du moteur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; La gamme de moteurs civils de Snecma et General Electric s&rsquo;\u00e9tend du SaM 146 avec 15000 livres de pouss\u00e9e au plus gros moteur actuel&nbsp; le GE 90 qui peut atteindre 115000 livres de pouss\u00e9e et qui \u00e9quipe les B777. L&rsquo;accord CFM pr\u00e9voit que tous les moteurs de pouss\u00e9e <u>entre 18000 et 50000 livres<\/u> seront d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s dans le cadre de CFM, ce qui exclut les gros moteurs. Par exemple le moteur pour l&rsquo;A380 est un moteur GE-Pratt et Whitney, le GP7200 de 80000 livres de pouss\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Les progr\u00e8s attendus dans le LEAP-X sont des retomb\u00e9es des travaux des maisons m\u00e8res sur le coeur du r\u00e9acteur (FIG. I) \u00e0 savoir le compresseur, la chambre de combustion et la turbine haute pression. Ces travaux font l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;\u00e9tudes chez GE dans le cadre du programme <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">&quot;eCore&quot;<\/span><\/strong> qui comporte l&rsquo;utilisation de nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux tels que les c\u00e9ramiques \u00e0 matrice composite (CMC) qui peuvent supporter les temp\u00e9ratures extr\u00eames dans les turbines et des alliages en aluminure de Titane (Ti-Al). L&rsquo;objectif est de r\u00e9duire la masse du moteur de 180kg.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/turbofan1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"316\" alt=\"Turbofan\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/turbofan.jpg\" width=\"480\"  \/><\/a> <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Les recherches dans les nouveaux mat\u00e9riaux et leur mise en oeuvre, l&rsquo;optimisation des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s de combustion et de refroidissement vont permettre d&rsquo;all\u00e9ger et de faire progresser encore les rendements des moteurs de l&rsquo;aviation civile. II), est de r\u00e9duire de plus d&rsquo;un tiers les consommations moyennes par km x passager de la flotte d&rsquo;avions en 2026 (FIG. III) en la portant \u00e0 3 litres de k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne aux 100km x passager en 2026. Ce plan ayant \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli en 2007 par Airbus avant la folle envol\u00e9e des prix des carburants, il est possible que ce plan de r\u00e9duction des consommations soit acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 en raison de l&rsquo;arr\u00eat par les compagnies a\u00e9riennes des avions les plus polluants et consommateurs de k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne.
