Nathalie Kociusko-Morizet vient de d\u00e9clarer que la France qui \u00e9tait en avance sur le photovolta\u00efque dans les ann\u00e9es 70 a &quot;jet\u00e9 le b\u00e9b\u00e9 avec l&rsquo;eau du bain&quot; (sic).
