D&rsquo;apr\u00e8s ce chimiste am\u00e9ricain cet ion serait beaucoup plus stable que les anions traditionnels et ses propri\u00e9t\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre adapt\u00e9es par des substitutions d&rsquo;une partie des atomes de Fluor par des atomes d&rsquo;Hydrog\u00e8ne.
