Grosse b\u00eatise technologique imagin\u00e9e avec un fournisseur japonais, tr\u00e8s connu pour sa comp\u00e9tence dans les petites batteries pour gadgets \u00e9lectroniques portables et qui avait d\u00e9couvert l&rsquo;existence d&rsquo;un business a\u00e9ronautique lors de visites des usines bordelaises de batteries.<\/p>\n<p>Devant cette d\u00e9route de l&rsquo;industriel a\u00e9ronautique am\u00e9ricain et fort sagement, il semblerait qu&rsquo;Airbus, pour assurer un lancement tardif mais r\u00e9ussi de ses futurs avions, ait d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de sacrifier la r\u00e9duction de masse des futures batteries de ses A350 au profit de la fiabilit\u00e9 des batteries Nickel-Cadmium traditionnelles largement \u00e9prouv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Il arrive que les avanc\u00e9es technologiques aient parfois le hoquet. Un point cl\u00e9 repose sur la comparaison entre l&rsquo;enjeu et les risques associ\u00e9s \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de ces nouvelles technologies. Dans le domaine de\u00a0 l&rsquo;a\u00e9ronautique, en raison du caract\u00e8re peu acceptable des d\u00e9faillances, les sauts technologiques sont toujours difficiles \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper et \u00e0 franchir. Le succ\u00e8s repose sur une analyse objective et exp\u00e9rimentale des cas de d\u00e9faillances, une recherche de leurs causes et de la mise en place de solutions pr\u00e9ventives. Ce lent processus d&rsquo;optimisation fonctionnelle demande du temps long, des efforts soutenus et donc des financements importants.<\/p>\n<p>De toute \u00e9vidence, ce travail n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9 correctement par le sous-traitant nippon dans le cas de la future batterie Li-Ion de Boeing puisque les autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes am\u00e9ricaines en sont encore \u00e0 la recherche des causes de d\u00e9faillances.
