En 2013,\u00a0 1% seulement de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique produite au Japon \u00e9tait d&rsquo;origine \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire, alors que 15% de cette \u00e9nergie \u00e9tait produite \u00e0 partir de la combustion massive de p\u00e9trole brut. Ce pays malmen\u00e9 par la nature, en raison de sa situation g\u00e9ographique, envisage de remettre en production d\u00e8s 2014 un certain nombre\u00a0 de ses r\u00e9acteurs atomiques, ce qui devrait porter, \u00e0 consommation \u00e9lectrique globalement inchang\u00e9e (891 TWh), la part du nucl\u00e9aire vers les 10% et r\u00e9duire par trois les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations par combustion de p\u00e9trole (FIG.I) repr\u00e9sentant une baisse de consommation annuelle de 59 millions de barils.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2014\/02\/Japon-\u00e9nergie-\u00e9lectrique.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter  wp-image-24238\" title=\"Japon-\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2014\/02\/Japon-\u00e9nergie-\u00e9lectrique-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" height=\"340\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #993366;\">FIG.I Japon: \u00e9nergies primaires participant \u00e0 la production d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9. Avec la reprise des productions \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aires programm\u00e9es pour 2014,\u00a0 la consommation de p\u00e9trole brut devrait \u00eatre divis\u00e9e par trois pour cette application.( <a href=\"http:\/\/eneken.ieej.or.jp\/data\/5363.pdf\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #993366;\">Yanagisawa, Dec.2013<\/span><\/a>)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>2014 devrait \u00eatre une ann\u00e9e de r\u00e9duction de la consommation de p\u00e9trole pour le Japon mais aussi une ann\u00e9e d&rsquo;accroissement des consommations de p\u00e9trole chinoises dans le cadre d&rsquo;une tendance de fond multi d\u00e9cennale.<\/p>\n<p>C&rsquo;est ainsi que BP dans son \u00ab\u00a0BP Energy <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bp.com\/en\/global\/corporate\/press\/press-releases\/energy-outlook-2035.html\" target=\"_blank\">Outlook 2035<\/a>\u00a0\u00bb met en \u00e9vidence le balancement des importations nettes de p\u00e9trole qui vont baisser aux \u00c9tats-Unis avec la croissance interne des productions de condensats de gaz de schistes et l&rsquo;exportation des produits raffin\u00e9s et qui vont s&rsquo;accroitre en Chine avec l&rsquo;augmentation des consommations de carburants dans les transports. La Chine a import\u00e9 net en 2013 dans les 5,9 millions de barils\/jour de produits p\u00e9troliers, contre 5,5 millions en 2012. Mais parler globalement de\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0commodities\u00a0\u00bb en englobant les consommations d&rsquo;acier, d&rsquo;aluminium, de charbon, de p\u00e9trole manque parfois de nuances.<\/p>\n<p>La faible proportion, de l&rsquo;ordre de 10%, (FIG.III) des consommations chinoises de p\u00e9trole en 2010 par rapport aux consommations mondiales, en net retard par rapport \u00e0 celles d&rsquo;acier, de cuivre, de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de courant et \u00e0 coup-s\u00fbr d&rsquo;aluminium(non repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es ici) montre le retard des consommations de p\u00e9trole dans le cycle \u00e9conomique d&rsquo;une nation en d\u00e9veloppement. Les consommations de p\u00e9trole abondantes arrivent apr\u00e8s la construction du r\u00e9seau routier et montent en puissance avec la constitution lente d&rsquo;un parc automobile et la croissance du pouvoir d&rsquo;achat de la population.
