Parler s\u00e9rieusement du co\u00fbt des \u00e9nergies renouvelables n\u00e9cessite de prendre en compte ces co\u00fbts additionnels de dispositifs de secours et de stockage.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0 Pour illustrer l&rsquo;ampleur de cette puissance n\u00e9cessaire en secours, par rapport \u00e0 la puissance nominale install\u00e9e, il est possible de d\u00e9crire le projet japonais de r\u00e9seau dans les \u00eeles Oki, en Mer du Japon.<\/p>\n<p>Les autorit\u00e9s japonaises veulent implanter, en quatre ans, dans ces \u00eeles qui comptent autour des 25000 habitants, des ressources renouvelables solaires et \u00e9oliennes de puissance \u00e9lectrique secourues par des batteries Sodium-Soufre et Li-Ion. Les premi\u00e8res batteries assurant le secours \u00e9lectrique de longue p\u00e9riode, les secondes r\u00e9gulant le r\u00e9seau en puissance et en fr\u00e9quence sur de courtes p\u00e9riodes.<\/p>\n<p>Ce qui me semble important de retenir dans ce projet pilote c&rsquo;est le rapport des puissances de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et de secours install\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Pour un objectif de puissance renouvelable qui devrait atteindre \u00e0 terme les 11 MW (3 MW d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place et 8\u00a0 MW \u00e0 installer entre 2015 et 2019), les autorit\u00e9s japonaises vont aussi\u00a0 installer en tampon 4,2 MW de batterie Sodium-Soufre et 2 MW de batteries Li-Ion.
