Les v\u00e9hicules les plus anciens pourront encore utiliser du m\u00e9lange E5 jusqu&#039;en 2013 date \u00e0 laquelle il ne sera plus commercialis\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Rappelons que ce m\u00e9lange E10 est commercialis\u00e9 en France depuis Avril 2009.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;L&#039;utilisation des biocarburants dans le monde (1,8 millions de barils\/jour pour une consommation totale de produits p\u00e9troliers de 86 millions de barils\/jour en 2010), coupl\u00e9e avec les progr\u00e8s continus dans l&#039;efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique des v\u00e9hicules, est une des voies importantes pour amortir les tensions sur la demande p\u00e9troli\u00e8re mondiale dont l&#039;exploration-production ob\u00e9it aux lois \u00e9conomiques des rendements d\u00e9croissants. La mont\u00e9e in\u00e9luctable des cours des carburants amplifi\u00e9e par la sp\u00e9culation financi\u00e8re, va rendre tr\u00e8s rentable cette option qui va cro\u00eetre au rythme de 10 \u00e0 15% par an, assurant un doublement dans les 5 \u00e0 7 ans, au grand dam de ceux qui pr\u00eachent la d\u00e9croissance verte.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;Ces biocarburants issus des cultures de grands pays largement favoris\u00e9s par la nature (grandes plaines am\u00e9ricaines pour le ma\u00efs, r\u00e9gions tropicales br\u00e9siliennes ou africaines pour la cane \u00e0 sucre) seront de plus en plus import\u00e9s en Europe dont les capacit\u00e9s de production de biocarburants qui entrent en comp\u00e9tition avec les productions de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et autres cultures vivri\u00e8res seront limit\u00e9es. Les biocarburants de deuxi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration issus de d\u00e9chets cellulosiques seront difficilement industrialisables \u00e0 des cours comp\u00e9titifs en raison de la faible \u00e9nergie volumique de ces d\u00e9chets et de la complexit\u00e9 des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s. Seules des cibles devenues tr\u00e8s lucratives, comme le bio-k\u00e9ros\u00e8ne r\u00e8glementairement indispensable pour le transport a\u00e9rien voulant limiter ses \u00e9missions de CO2, feront l&#039;objet de d\u00e9veloppements on\u00e9reux.<\/p>\n<p>&#160;La d\u00e9cision allemande renforce la conviction que l&#039;utilisation des biocarburants dans le monde va aller en croissant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement&#8230;parce qu&#039;elle sera devenue hautement rentable, face aux futurs prix \u00e9tourdissants \u00e0 venir des produits p\u00e9troliers.
