Or les observations contredisent ces assertions: la consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie varie peu avec la conjoncture \u00e9conomique. Les \u00e9conomistes parlent de manque d&rsquo;\u00e9lasticit\u00e9. De la m\u00eame fa\u00e7on, la mont\u00e9e des cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie ne se traduit pas par une baisse des consommations imm\u00e9diates. Il est donc possible de pronostiquer qu&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y aura quasiment plus de foyers US aliment\u00e9s au fuel &#8230;. dans 36 ans, si rien ne change radicalement!<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; La consommation du parc automobile est \u00e9galement un ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne tr\u00e8s lent qui n\u00e9cessite des d\u00e9cennies pour que tout d&rsquo;abord le marketing oriente sa politique vers la r\u00e9duction des consommations des v\u00e9hicules (Renault pr\u00e9sente en ce moment son nouveau 4X4, en pleine envol\u00e9e des cours des carburants,&#8230; d\u00e9phasage mortel), pour que ces nouveaux mod\u00e8les soient propos\u00e9s \u00e0 la vente et pour que, peu \u00e0 peu, le parc automobile se transforme \u00e0 raison de 4% \u00e0 5% par an.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; En conclusion, le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie a du mal \u00e0 ob\u00e9ir rapidement aux lois classiques de l&rsquo;offre et de la demande en raison de la viscosit\u00e9 de ses r\u00e9actions qui n\u00e9cessitent des modifications lentes des acteurs \u00e9conomiques. Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne explique en partie, la longueur du cycle de hausse des prix actuel. Un effort constant est n\u00e9cessaire pour orienter lentement le march\u00e9.
