Il vient de signer un accord de joint venture avec le p\u00e9trolier nordique <span style=\"color: #3300cc\"><strong>Neste Oil<\/strong> <\/span>pour former une filiale commune, appel\u00e9e <span style=\"color: #3300cc\"><strong>Biofuels Oy Ltd<\/strong> <\/span>qui a en charge l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation industrielle d&rsquo;un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de synth\u00e8se de carburants (BTL) \u00e0 partir des d\u00e9chets de l&rsquo;industrie du bois. Cette Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 vient de passer commande \u00e0 Forster Wheeler, soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie diversifi\u00e9e, d&rsquo;une unit\u00e9 pilote de gaz\u00e9ification de d\u00e9chets de bois par un proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de lit fluidis\u00e9 (circulating fluidized-bed ou CFB) qui produira en pr\u00e9sence d&rsquo;oxyg\u00e8ne et de vapeur d&rsquo;eau du &quot;syngas&quot; ou gaz \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau (CO + H2) purifi\u00e9 pour une future transformation en carburant, par une \u00e9tape ult\u00e9rieure de type Fischer-Tropsch. Cette unit\u00e9 pilote sera implant\u00e9e dans une usine de bois de Stora Enso en Finlande. <\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ce projet, moins avanc\u00e9 que celui de <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/04\/choren-une-nouv.html\">Choren<\/a> en Allemagne, semble beaucoup plus int\u00e9ressant parce qu&rsquo;implant\u00e9 dans une r\u00e9gion productrice de bois et dans une usine o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on sait approvisionner des milliers de tonnes de bois et o\u00f9 les probl\u00e8mes de logistique sont ma\u00eetris\u00e9s. Les proc\u00e9d\u00e9s BTL vont se heurter de plein fouet, pour des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2007\/10\/biocarburants-t.html\">probl\u00e8mes d&rsquo;approvisionnements<\/a>, \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie papeti\u00e8re et celle des bois sci\u00e9s.
