Les opportunit\u00e9s sont importantes avec le projet Better Place pour lequel Renault livrera des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques en <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/01\/lancement-dun-v.html\">Isra\u00ebl<\/a> puis au <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/03\/vhicule-lectriq.html\">Danemark<\/a>, mais aussi avec le march\u00e9 californien et le <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/03\/nissan-prsente.html\">Denki Cube<\/a> de Nissan pour le segment am\u00e9ricain des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques de &quot;voisinage&quot;. Pour assurer une telle politique de rupture et de leadership, la disponibilit\u00e9 d&rsquo;un syst\u00e8me batterie produit industriellement est, entre autres contraintes, indispensable. Pour cela Nissan et NEC Corporation ont form\u00e9 un Joint Venture 50\/50 appel\u00e9 <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">Automotive&nbsp; Energy Supply Corp. (AESC)<\/span><\/strong> qui sera en charge de produire les syst\u00e8mes batteries pour l&rsquo;ensemble d\u00e8s 2009.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; AESC va donc installer au printemps 2009 une ligne de production de batteries dans l&rsquo;usine Nissan de Kanagawa au Japon. Cette premi\u00e8re unit\u00e9 pourra produire jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 10000 batteries par an. Par la suite une nouvelle usine pourrait \u00eatre construite pour porter la capacit\u00e9 de production \u00e0 60000 batteries par an. Carlos Ghosn envisage de porter alors sa part \u00e0 51% dans le JV, \u00e0 l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;une augmentation de capital.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Le planning pr\u00e9visionnel de Renault-Nissan pour ses gammes de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques peut donc s&rsquo;articuler de la fa\u00e7on suivante:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2009 qualification de la production industrielle des syst\u00e8mes batterie pour les divers types de v\u00e9hicules<\/li>\n<li>2010 et 2011 productions des premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ries de v\u00e9hicules et lancements marketing<\/li>\n<li>2012 productions de s\u00e9rie.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Dans une telle aventure Renault-Nissan dispose de certains atouts que sont:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>les aides des Etats (Isra\u00ebl, le Danemark, la Californie) qui fiscalement vont inciter le March\u00e9 \u00e0 aller dans cette direction, <\/li>\n<li>la technologie japonaise et l&rsquo;acc\u00e8s aux mat\u00e9riaux sophistiqu\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la construction des batteries, <\/li>\n<li>une approche marketing en rupture, semble-t-il bien cibl\u00e9e pour un March\u00e9 californien en pleine mutation,<\/li>\n<li>les faibles co\u00fbts de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie consomm\u00e9e au km parcouru aux USA, o\u00f9 l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 n&rsquo;est pas ch\u00e8re. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Il lui faudra cependant un jour, implanter ses productions de batteries hors du Japon (en Asie, aux USA ou\/et en Europe) dans le cadre de nouvelles productions locales, d&rsquo;alliances avec d&rsquo;autres constructeurs de v\u00e9hicules et dans le cadre d&rsquo;actions de r\u00e9duction de co\u00fbts. Il est \u00e9vident que l&rsquo;administration am\u00e9ricaine fera tout pour que cet \u00e9l\u00e9ment essentiel dans la cha\u00eene de r\u00e9alisation de v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques qu&rsquo;est la batterie, soit produit aux USA.
