Le taux de charge moyen de ces larges \u00e9quipements germaniques est inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 32%. Cela veut dire que, \u00e0 un instant donn\u00e9,\u00a0 plus des deux tiers des \u00e9quipements de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration sont statistiquement \u00e0 l&rsquo;arr\u00eat dans ce pays qui a massivement investi dans les ENR alors que la demande de puissance \u00e9lectrique \u00e9tait \u00e9tale.<\/p>\n<p>Une des cons\u00e9quences de cet \u00e9tat, est un effondrement des cours de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique, en particulier au moment des heures de pointes, ce qui agit \u00e0 la baisse sur l&rsquo;\u00e9cart de prix entre heures creuse et heures de pointes (FIG.), \u00e9cart qui permet de r\u00e9mun\u00e9rer les centrales de pompage-turbinage allemandes (rares) et helv\u00e8tes beaucoup plus nombreuses.<\/p>\n<p>On constate donc, ce qui est souvent annonc\u00e9 ici, l&rsquo;incompatibilit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique entre stockage de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9lectrique et exc\u00e9dent de capacit\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, exc\u00e9dents n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 du r\u00e9seau. Les charmes de l&rsquo;interconnexion en Europe de l&rsquo;Ouest font que l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s de capacit\u00e9 allemand rend d\u00e9ficitaires les stockages hydrauliques des pays voisins.
