Les succ\u00e8s de Toshiba-Westinghouse en Chine et plus r\u00e9cemment aux Etats Unis sont l\u00e0 pour illustrer cette affirmation. Dans ce domaine des alliances transnationales, il en est une qui semble tr\u00e8s importante, c&rsquo;est celle du japonais&nbsp; Mitsubishi Heavy Industries avec le fran\u00e7ais AREVA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;MHI est un groupe de hautes technologies, fortement impliqu\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;industrie \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire japonaise. Son alliance avec Areva permet \u00e0&nbsp; cet ensemble d&rsquo;envisager de futurs d\u00e9veloppements strat\u00e9giques dans le domaine de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie d&rsquo;origine \u00e9lectronucl\u00e9aire, la gestion du combustible et la valorisation des produits de r\u00e9actions, un peu partout dans le monde.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Leur premier axe de coop\u00e9ration repose sur le projet <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">Atmea<\/span><\/strong> de d\u00e9finition et d&rsquo;industrialisation d&rsquo;une centrale de troisi\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e0 eau pressuris\u00e9e. Ce projet est g\u00e9r\u00e9 dans le cadre d&rsquo;une Joint Venture 50\/50. Les points forts du cahier des charges de cette future centrale de 1100 MWe dont la d\u00e9finition est attendue pour 2009 sont les suivants:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>autonomie d&rsquo;une charge en combustible: 1 \u00e0 2 ans<\/li>\n<li>teneur en MOX de 0 \u00e0 100%<\/li>\n<li>changement de combustible en moins de 16 jours<\/li>\n<li>facteur de charge : <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">&gt;92%<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>dur\u00e9e de vie de l&rsquo;usine: <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">60 ans<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9sistance au crash d&rsquo;un avion et aux tremblements de terre<\/li>\n<li>r\u00e9pondant aux normes am\u00e9ricaines, japonaises et europ\u00e9ennes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Areva et MHI viennent de signer un MOU portant sur leur future collaboration dans le domaine des <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">combustibles<\/span><\/strong> qui devrait d\u00e9boucher sur un accord avant la fin de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e. Cette coop\u00e9ration porterait tout d&rsquo;abord sur le march\u00e9 japonais. Des discussions sont \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vues pour une participation de MHI dans une usine de combustible nucl\u00e9aire AREVA aux Etats Unis. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 le plus grand domaine de coop\u00e9ration possibles puisque les USA ne <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leblogenergie.com\/2008\/03\/les-usa-avancen.html\">veulent pas s&rsquo;arr\u00eater<\/a> au MOX pour valoriser leur Plutonium mais veulent aller jusqu&rsquo;aux <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">surg\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs,<\/span><\/strong> ce qui ferait faire un immense progr\u00e8s de disponibilit\u00e9 de combustibles pour les d\u00e9cennies \u00e0 venir. MHI travaille activement sur la conception d&rsquo;un tel surg\u00e9n\u00e9rateur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Enfin MHI et AREVA ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de coop\u00e9rer dans l&rsquo;appel d&rsquo;offre pour l&rsquo;Afrique du Sud.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; Dans ces discussions les europ\u00e9ens Siemens et Alstom doivent se sentir, \u00e0 juste titre, compl\u00e8tement largu\u00e9s. Ils doivent comprendre que l&rsquo;expertise de MHI dans les surg\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs et sa nationalit\u00e9 japonaise sont des avantages d\u00e9terminants dans le choix d&rsquo;AREVA face \u00e0 des General Electric-Hitachi ou des Toshiba-Westinghouse qui sont leurs vrais concurrents.
