C&rsquo;est sept fois environ la production de la France.<a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/usaelectricit2007_33.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"335\" alt=\"Usaelectricit2007_3\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/usaelectricit2007_31.jpg\" width=\"464\"  \/><\/a>&nbsp; Cette croissance est imputable \u00e0 la forte consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 dans le r\u00e9sidentiel (+3%) et le commercial (+3,3%) et un tassement dans l&rsquo;industrie (-0,5%).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; Cette croissance de consommation s&rsquo;inscrit dans la tendance de demande continue des am\u00e9ricains pour plus de confort et d&rsquo;\u00e9quipements modernes (Fig.). <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/usaelectricit3.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" height=\"297\" alt=\"Usaelectricit\" src=\"http:\/\/blogs.thesocialmedia.com\/leblogenergie\/files\/2012\/07\/usaelectricit1.jpg\" width=\"464\"  \/><\/a> Outre l&rsquo;American Way of Life il faut aussi noter qu&rsquo;un MWh pour un foyer am\u00e9ricain co\u00fbte <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">10,64$<\/span><\/strong>, il en co\u00fbte 12,1 euros pour un Fran\u00e7ais avec 24% de taxes et 19,5 euros pour un Allemand avec plus de 26% de taxes. Le <u>faible prix au d\u00e9tail de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 aux Etats Unis,<\/u> en raison de l&rsquo;absence de taxes significatives et de l&rsquo;utilisation \u00e9conomique et massive du charbon, est un des facteurs de consommation d\u00e9brid\u00e9e de cette forme d&rsquo;\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Parmi les sources d&rsquo;\u00e9nergies utilis\u00e9es, il est \u00e0 noter une forte d\u00e9croissance de la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration hydro\u00e9lectrique (-14%) qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une <u>d\u00e9croissance de l&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 produite \u00e0 partir des \u00e9nergies renouvelables de 9% \u00e0 351 TWh<\/u>. L&rsquo;\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne ne participe que pour <strong><span style=\"color: #3300cc\">0,77%<\/span><\/strong> du bilan global malgr\u00e9 une croissance de 20% \u00e0 32 TWh. L&rsquo;utilisation du gaz naturel conna\u00eet une forte croissance de 10% \u00e0 893 TWh, celle du nucl\u00e9aire progresse de 2,5% \u00e0 806 TWh et celle du charbon de 1,5% \u00e0 2020 TWh.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 aux Etats Unis repose toujours sur l&rsquo;utilisation massive du charbon pour pr\u00e8s de 49%. La progression de l&rsquo;utilisation du gaz naturel&nbsp; s&rsquo;est faite aux d\u00e9pens de l&rsquo;utilisation du p\u00e9trole, mais elle devrait encore progresser en raison de la pression \u00e9cologique de certains Etats et des incertitudes sur l&rsquo;\u00e9ventualit\u00e9 d&rsquo;une taxe carbone qui p\u00e9naliserait le charbon.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; La consommation d&rsquo;\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 aux USA pourrait, dans les dix ans \u00e0 venir, conna\u00eetre les d\u00e9buts d&rsquo;une vraie r\u00e9volution avec l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e des futurs v\u00e9hicules hybrides rechargeables (Plug-in) ou des v\u00e9hicules \u00e9lectriques &quot;de voisinage&quot;.
