Le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 \u00e9laborer par technique papeti\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;eau, un support de type feuille ondul\u00e9e \u00e0 base d&rsquo;oxyde d&rsquo;aluminium. Les catalyseurs \u00e0 base de Mangan\u00e8se et de Palladium sont incorpor\u00e9s durant le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9laboration de la feuille. Un traitement thermique assure une grande puret\u00e9 de ce support pr\u00e9sentant des pores de 10 \u00e0 20 microns de diam\u00e8tre.
